Shipping Policy (48 contiguous United States) 

Each package will include a packing slip and tracking information and Products are shipped via customary carriers such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.    

Shipping Rates are based on the total dollar amount of items placed in your shopping cart and include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items (items ordered together may arrive in separate boxes). These rates apply only to orders shipped via ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. If the shipping address provided at checkout needs to be changed for any reason after the package(s) has shipped, re-routing fees will apply. 

Shipping Policy (International Orders)

All International orders to Hawaii, Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada or to any other International destination, will incur higher charges than standard shipping prices stated. When an order is placed for shipment outside the 48 contiguous states,  MikaMaya  Art LLC will contact you via e-mail to notify you about your individual shipping quote.  Your approval is required before your order will be processed.  MikaMaya  Art LLC is not responsible for any duties or taxes levied by the recipient country, when shipping any parcels outside the U.S, they are the recipient’s responsibility and will be billed to the recipient directly.  MikaMaya  Art LLC does not collect money on anyone’s behalf for taxes or duties.

Free shipping Policy 

MikaMaya’s free shipping offers pertain to items sent via standard ground shipping to one address within the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska and International). Items returned that were part of a “FREE SHIPPING” promotion will be able to receive an in-store-credit for the cost of the item, minus what would have been the cost of shipping (refer to shipping policy and return or cancellation policy).  

Oversized Art/Product   

Product that is considered oversized (30x30 inches or larger) may require additional shipping fees.  

Estimated Shipping/Arrival Times   

Each MikaMaya Art LLC product is made-to-order and requires production and processing time. Arrival time may vary, depending upon your destination. Our estimated turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. MikaMaya  Art LLC cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the estimated times given. Personalized items and originals will take longer to create. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items may also take longer to ship. You are welcome to contact us directly to receive your turnaround time estimation at  customercare@elanamokady.com

Depending on the shipping method your location in the USA, shipping usually takes 1-5 business days.

Payment Options

We accept Pay-Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, JCB, and Diners. All orders are charged upon placement.  

Sales Tax  

No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of Massachusetts. However,  MikaMaya  Art LLC is required by state law to collect 6.25% sales tax on all purchases shipped within the state of Massachusetts.    

My Account /Order Status  

If you created a registered account at checkout, you may login to your account to check the status of your order at any time. If you proceeded with your order as a "guest", your order status will not be viewable online through  MikaMaya  Art LLC website, but can be accessed at any time with your confirmation number by contacting customer service at  customercare@elanamokady.com 

Return Policy  

All returns must be made in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery in order to receive an e-commerce credit or exchange. Refunds are not permitted. Limited editions, embellished pieces, and greeting cards are final sales and not returnable.  

You must contact Customer Service at customercare@elanamokady.com for an authorization number in order for your e-commerce credit or exchange to be accepted. You will receive an email with a return slip, please fill it out and include it in your shipping box. Please ship to:
